Trading Contracts for Difference (CFDs) and other leveraged products carries a high level of risk to your capital. These products may not be suitable for all investors. Before deciding to trade, you should carefully consider your investment objectives, level of experience, and appetite for risk. It is possible to lose more than your initial investment.
Leveraged trading allows you to control a large position with a relatively small amount of capital. While this can amplify profits, it equally amplifies losses. A small adverse market movement can result in substantial losses, potentially exceeding your initial deposit. You should not invest money that you cannot afford to lose.
Financial markets are influenced by numerous factors including economic data, geopolitical events, natural disasters, and market sentiment. Prices can move rapidly and unpredictably, potentially creating gaps or slippage between the price you expect and the price at which your order is executed.
Under certain market conditions, it may be difficult or impossible to execute orders at the requested price. During periods of high volatility or low liquidity, spreads may widen, and execution delays may occur.
Online trading is subject to technology risks including system failures, internet connectivity issues, hardware or software malfunctions, and cybersecurity threats. We cannot guarantee uninterrupted access to our trading platform.
When trading CFDs with Milele Prime, the Company acts as counterparty to your trades. This means you are exposed to the credit risk of the Company. While we maintain segregated client accounts, there is always some level of counterparty risk inherent in OTC trading.
Cryptocurrency CFDs are subject to extreme volatility, regulatory uncertainty, and technological risks. Cryptocurrency markets operate 24/7 and can experience rapid and substantial price movements at any time.
There is no guarantee of profit from trading. Past performance of any trading system, methodology, or strategy is not necessarily indicative of future results. Any opinions, news, research, or analysis provided is general in nature and should not be construed as investment advice.
Milele Prime Ltd is registered in Saint Lucia as an International Business Company. Saint Lucia does not require a specific financial services licence for international business companies offering CFD trading to non-resident clients. Clients do not benefit from the protections of an investor compensation scheme.
You should seek independent financial, legal, and tax advice before making any investment decisions. Do not rely solely on information provided by the Company.

This policy outlines our procedures for preventing the use of our services for money laundering, terrorist financing, or other financial crimes, in accordance with the Money Laundering (Prevention) Act of Saint Lucia and international best practices.

Where we identify or suspect money laundering or terrorist financing, we are obligated to file reports with the Financial Intelligence Authority (FIA) of Saint Lucia. We are prohibited from informing the client that a report has been or is being made (tipping off).
We maintain records of all KYC documentation and transaction records for a minimum of five (5) years following the termination of the business relationship, as required by applicable law.
All relevant staff undergo regular AML/CTF training to ensure awareness of obligations, detection of suspicious activities, and understanding of reporting procedures.
